3. FINAL REVIEW (Hopefully)- Unfortunately, Bella and their owner Marco have caused a lot of upset amongst the neighbors of the home they’ve built here. It has been at least a year and a half since they started the project and what they built still hasn’t even sold. Even now that construction has been done for so long they manage to be unneighborly, such as leaving all of the lights on in and outside the home all night regularly, and being unpleasant or unresponsive when that is reported to them. My wife and I have been looking for a house for a long time. When we came upon this house, we absolutely loved it! One of the builders actually designed the house for his own family so it was made with excellent attention to detail. The home buying experience with Bella was excellent. They don’t just sell the home and leave. The owner himself (Marco) took time out of his own schedule and patiently walked me through the house after the closing and ensured I understood how to run all the basic functions.
