Melissa was amazing and talked to me through the whole steps of fixing my nails and she was just amazing!!! Highly recommend!!

Hey y’all. I was recommended here for getting my nails done by Brielle @ Bella Hands.. my first service was fine. My nails were cute and I left happy.. she initially has you set up two appointments and keep your card on file in case of cancellation or whatever.. so I go back for my next appointment & got my nails done again.. My girl got cut my you all and you blocked and were rude to her. Your person literally caused nerve damage. You guys need to hold your people better accountable. She is too polite of a person and ended up saying yes to another appointment. Even though she didn't want to, who would when you get your finger damaged? I understand you are a small business and I do not normally like giving negative reviews but I saw how she was struggling at work with me right after and how terrible they were and the experience was. They have an inexperienced tattoo artist inside here named Raven she ruined my arm. Raven not only gave me a horrible tattoo. She agreed to refund me for it and blocked me instead. The whole time she was tattooing me she was talking about how she needs a new machine, and how she’s scared of wiping away the stencil and she might have to freehand .
