If I could give this place zero stars I would, because even 1 star is undeserving. I brought in a clear reference photo of a sleek long bob and left with choppy, uneven layers, unrequested bangs, and heavy face-framing layers that looked nothing like what I asked for. When I calmly raised my concerns, I was called a liar and accused of trying to ruin the stylist’s life and even of destroying my own hair to blame the salon.
