I can't say enough positive words about Nesems massages. On top of this her stretch outs! I suffer from debilitating fibromyalgia and severe peripheral neuropathy in my legs. I have tried other places and I left 10x worse from when I arrived. Not with Nesem. She knows exactly where to work the trigger points with not too much pressure and release them. I just found THE BEST masseuse in the area!! I tried few different places in BH but no one was as nearly good as she was. I’m so happy I found this place. Definitely will come back.
Nesem is incredible! She is able to assess and address all of your needs and is the best massage therapist i have had the pleasure of working with. I have had major back problems for years now dealing with pain and she has been intregal in making my life more manageable.
I just had the best massage with Nesem! My back had been killing me and she was able to find and work all the areas that were causing me problems, even finding areas that I didn't know were bothering me. She is super skilled and knowledgeable about the body and how all the muscles and tissues are connected. She is also really kind and friendly and I enjoyed talking to her. My back and my whole body feel so much better after the massage and I'll def be back!
