Rude employees. Left my phone in the restroom when I attended a party here and they tried to tell me nobody had turned it in even though it was pinging there for the location.

We recently had our daughter’s quinceanera at Bella Gala in Oceanside and everything was amazing and well organized. The staff was great, very courteous, attentive and helpful. Erick worked with us from the beginning, he helped with the planning process and the program the day of. He made our daughter’s special day run smooth and be stress-free. We celebrated my granddaughter Arianna’s Quince this past weekend and we’re still receiving so many messages of how beautiful, organized and classy the event was. I want to publicly thank Erick and Joanne for their support and guidance in helping with all the plans for this special occasion.
