First day without three kiddos that I had the opportunity to get to the salon rather than having an in-home stylist come to me. Called and clearly stated my color needs and trim. Arrived to be told that they don’t have time for that. “You were slated for something different.” Not my fault. Can you please ask if I can get what I called for? “Sorry, we don’t have time today.” Thanks, but no thanks. Will not go back.
I’m in the area for the winter & needed a root retouch, but also was thinking of going lighter in color. I met with Ashley, showed her a few pics, & talked about shortening up the back of my lob. She did an amazing job!! The color & cut are exactly what I wanted. Happy PA girl in CA!!
I love this spa. The staff caters to you in a serene environment. In my many years of going there, I have never left without a smile.
My husband and I went here today for a couples massage and it was absolutely amazing. Marie and Teresa were so wonderful and professional. The place is quiet clean and relaxing well worth the money.
