Great local spa I have enjoyed many visits at Bella Donna. I have always had great customer service...love the facials and massages, and of course this time of year jump in for a manicure/pedicure. Recently I experienced acupuncture for the first time and have felt great ever since. Really great!! Thanks.
Try another spa! Had two recent horrible experiences and highly disappointed by this local area spa. Total lack of respect for privacy, unprofessional behavior by both owner and aesthetician. If you're looking for massage/waxing services that truly serve, respect, and treat each client with dignity....please go elsewhere! Friendly Staff I know the owner of this establishment and she is WONDERFUL. She is very knowledgable and people friendly. Bella Donna offers a variety of services and they do an excellent job! The schedule is full most of the time but they always find time to squeeze people in at the last minute. Highly recommend!
Comfortable establishment, talented staff I have been to Bella Donna several times for bikini waxes. The aesthician (sp?) is very good at what she does, I am always satisfied. I can't comment on the other services offered their, but the prices seem very reasonable and there are always a lot of people there. PROS: Good prices, talented staff CONS: Crowded, difficult to get an appointment, the spa isn't as serene as others
