My virgin hair relaxer and trim was $98.80. I have a $19.76 tip to the stylist. When I looked at my bank statement they took an extra $20 tip without my permission. When I called to confront them the stylist acted like she barely spoke English and couldn’t understand me.

Showed up for a 330 blowout. Only 1 person was there, she called another, but when she got there she did a walk in before me. I declined deep condition, but was still put there, at no cost of course. Still sitting under the dryer at 445pm. Finally out the door at 640pm. That would be acceptable for no appointment. However, with an appointment I would appreciate it, if my time was valued. Different price each time I went.....they really need effective translator....asked several times was my black rinse non permenant..they claimed no..I think it was permenant...all of my hair broke completely off...had to cut off down to a pixie..smh..

I needed a hair cut and Ebony gave me a great haircut. I love how they can stand behind the sink instead of the side. This makes for better shampooing. I will be back.
