Unfortunately, Ann did not even earn the one star I had to give her. She is completely unreliable and apparently indifferent to her customers. I placed a cookie order with Ann for a bridal shower, which I also confirmed with her. She never showed up with my order, never responded to any messages on that day or afterwards. I have since seen other reviews in which she also failed to deliver and respond to her customers. Went to this place listed thinking it was a real store. Never heard of it so I decided to try it out. It's someone's house, not even a real business. Then I read a review that orders are taken with no delivery.... Yeah I'll pass on this non certified, non public bakery until it becomes a licensed business
After taking my initial call for two dozen orders of Italian Rainbow cookies. She told me that she would deliver two dozen before I head back home from the holidays. She failed to deliver and never even called me back! Deserving of a one star review! Buyer beware
