Wow I relate to these customers and totally agree and understand Many years ago 2006 we had an apt with Mirella , when we showed up me my daughter and other family members , Mirella was not there so another sales lady showed us around. We wanted to see dresses in an area that caught our eyes, however the sales lady told us. Oh it would be better not too, it would better to show you other dresses. We said why? I recently visited this bridal store and, unfortunately, did not have a positive experience. The staff seemed more focused on selling dresses than listening to my preferences. The in-house tailor kept promising extensive changes instead of admitting they didn’t have the style I wanted. They limited me to trying only three dresses, didn’t allow me to browse the selection, and kept interrupting my attempts to involve my mom and bridal party. Disappointing Experience, Despite a Sweet Salesgirl We recently visited this bridal store with my daughter, who had a specific type of dress in mind. We showed the sales staff pictures of what she was looking for, but unfortunately, the dresses they brought out were nothing like what she wanted.
