I only trust May / Bella derma for my skin care needs. May has been in the beauty industry for such a long time and I am glad she opened her own business. The place is so inviting and relaxing. Highly recommended!!
I had the most amazing experience at BellaDerma. May is a knowledgeable Nurse Practitioner with years of aesthetic training. She took her time with me during my consultation, explaining the needs of each area based on assessment. I like how she discussed my treatment options based on the assessment and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary treatments. You can tell she cares deeply about making you look and feel your best. I had such a good experience getting Aerolase from May. From the second I walked in, everyone was super friendly and made me feel really comfortable. I had a skin tightening laser using the Aerolase and I noticed my skin lifting for my jawline, chin and neck area was better than at other places where I've had the same laser facial. They did a better treatment here. Have also had a facial with a mask and LED. I'll be back for both. It's also really clean, which I appreciated!
May was amazing! She was so careful and cared about me the whole time. I never felt rushed and the entire experience was 5-star all the way! And just a note, but the space is amazing to be in...very elegant and comforting. I will only use this message moving forward. A perfect addition to Reno!
