I came to an appointment to have tooth extractions. I have an anxiety disorder that the practice and Dr Tao were aware of. I had other work that was required to be done over a 12 month period. There had been changes made to assist with my anxiety which I appreciated. However the night before I unfortunately had no way to calm my anxiety and panic due to the extraction. Outstanding customer service, Everyone is so caring and attentive and I’m so glad I swapped from my regular dentist. I couldn’t be happier with Dr Sachdeva, she took the time to listen to my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Excellent dentists.
I always feel very welcomed and looked after at Bella Dental. Geoff and Lee are both amazing, professional, caring, and always make every visit a comfortable experience. All of the staff are friendly and the service is consistently immaculate. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a dental clinic that genuinely cares about their patients!
