I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Cristina Kavendek at Bella Dental. She is a truly talented and skilled dentist who takes the time to be compassionate and kind with her patients. Her professionalism is evident in everything she does. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist.
In short, the business practices, here are predatory. I recommend that you keep looking for a practice with a greater sense of morality and community. They do not do a good job of communicating hidden fees. I came here on the recommendation of a friend I have gone twice and each time some extortionate fee was charged to me on the way out. First time was for standard cleaning and x-rays. Hit me with a fee on the way out that "wasn't covered." Checked with my insurer, they assured me it should all be covered. Always a very easy experience going to see Dr. Kavendek! She's the BEST
One of the dentists was completely rude to my mother acting like she couldn’t be bothered treating her while her other dentist was on maternity leave. Totallly unprofessional.
Great caring staff, took time to explain everything so I was able to understand. It was my first visit to the practice, but it won’t be my last
