The first carpet cleaning service I agreed to came the day arranged and then said the price would be TRIPLE that they quoted me. The next carpet cleaning service said they wouldn't move ANY furniture (it's a liability issue!). Bella came at the time agreed to (actually, they were a bit early and sat in their van until it was exactly 2:30), looked over the job, complimented us on our home, did the job to 100% satisfaction, cleaned everything up and charged me exactly what was quoted. Very disappointed with the service. I chose Bella because of their great reviews and expected the job to be done right. They cleaned the carpet in two small, completely empty bedrooms, but just two weeks later, before any furniture was moved in, I vacuumed the rooms and was shocked by how much dust came out of the carpet. I reached out to them, but instead of standing behind their work, I got excuses about dirty vents (which they also cleaned) and normal shedding after deep cleaning. Bedroom I had cleaned came out perfect! Nice, polite guys working. Helped me by moving furniture because I am partially paralyzed. I will have the entry carpet and living room carpet pretreated first before I call again for another cleaning. Tge heavy traffic in these areas prevented them from being as perfect as the bedroom carpet they cleaned today. You definitely will have a permanent customer!
