Gary quoted me a different price on the phone bs what was on the invoice. The quote was actually doubled. I thought I was getting a special but I wasn’t the area I had cleaned wasn’t even 300 ft.². I would recommend Bella for there service did a wonderful job on the chair they cleaned. On time and very professional.
I used Bella Carpeting for years and just a few years ago, Gary increased his price 3 times and when his company sends you a 20% coupon which you deduct off the quote, when I spoke to Gary to make an appointment he gave me a quote and I mentioned the coupon and he immediately said the quote he gave me was included in that price and that was a flat lie and he knew it, I got angry and he couldn’t defend that, he doubled down. Be aware people with this greedy dishonest man.
We always use these guys for both drapery and carpet cleaning. They're always courteous and efficient and they accommodate our schedules.
The technicians at Bella are the best! Very friendly take good care of coming in the property and they are very thorough! I’ve been using Bella for eight years now. Wouldn’t change! They even came back to retreat a Bad Stain! I just love Gary and his crew!
