I always have a good experience with Bella Cleaning. Most recently, I had a big orange spot in my rug. Initially, they were unable to remove it all, so I called and asked for a partial refund. They came back, tried again and were able to remove it. Saved me from having to buy a new rug. Workers are very polite and respectful as is the business owner.
We have used Bella for years and would not think of moving to another cleaner. They are great!
