I called because I had a water stain on my carpet and they came the next day and did a rush job, not cleaning everything. But I would have never known if I had not used WHITE BAKING SODA trying to clean it myself which led me to notice where they didn't steam clean because the carpet was still white and had plenty of white flakes under the bed. We have used Bella for over 10 years at our 48 unit condominium building in Oak Park consisting of 8 four level stairways and landings. Their service has been stellar, prices are reasonable, and the carpeting, now 11 years old, still looks great after each cleaning.

I’ve used Bella cleaning (Gary) on several occasions for draperies, sheers, etc. They are very thorough, knowledgeable, and do a great job at an appropriate cost! I will continue to use them when the need arises.
