Bell Construction performed a professional installation of new roof and gutters after storm damage. Paul my contact always returned any calls promptly going over and above, with a firm commitment to the project. Price was fair and reasonable.
Never use this company. They subcontracted our gutter installation out to S&M and they installed gutters 1-1.5 inches below drip edge instead of under drip edge. Rain runs down between gutters and fascia and down doors and windows. Instead of fixing it they came out and put screws in part of the gutters which hasn't corrected the issue. Now we have seamless gutters with numerous holes and screws in and still have water running down doors and windows. Project manager Jason from Bella would not return my numerous call

Bella Construction provided the highest of 3 quotes I obtained to replace my roof & 2 skylights. However, I went with them because they were the only contractor that said they could get the Velux skylights WITHOUT the solar shades that Velux was incorporating in all their skylights. Getting the proper materials did not go as smoothly as I would have liked. When the materials were delivered, the wrong size skylights were provided.
