DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I bought a couple gold bubble necklaces that were advertised as water proof and tarnish resistant. 8 months into wear, both necklaces look like trash from tarnishing. I reached out to the seller for rectification and was told the “30 day refund policy” applies, DESPITE the product not being what I was promised. Despicable customer service. False advertising. This place is TRASH. Ordered 3 necklaces before Christmas, they arrived in February. And my order was not correct and they will NOT fix it. I’ve complained and provided photos many times and they told me I’m wrong. lol do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME

This has been about the worst experience with this company. I have been contacting them about a necklace I purchased since a day or two after Christmas because the length was shorter than advertised. It takes them weeks and months to get back and now they are saying it’s nothing they can do. The necklace was like a choker on my step daughter and now the letters are turning colors. Company has the worst customer service.
