Extremely unprofessional and horrible customer service.
Had an extremely horrible experience booking with Bella Coastal Property for a holiday home. DONT EVER BOOK THROUGH THEM! The pool was advertised as heated but was not heated, the temperature could only be monitored remotely by the owner who did not help and was not apologetic about advertising false information about the pool. The holiday property manager Carlyn was super rude before and after our booking during our calls and did not want to answer simple querries we had about the booking.
