Was excited to try this place finally. Made reservations and showed up, no table ready so had to wait a while and they were slow, hardly anyone there. The service was ok, the waiter was fairly good at the beginning but after food arrived we never saw him again until I had to wave him down as we were all out of beverages, nor did he ever check to see if the food was OK. Everything about Bella Ciao is fine but at $20-$30 an entree the restaurant has a little bit of an identity crisis. At that price range I'd recommend going to a fine dining restaurant. The pasta is good but I've had better for less than 1/2 the price. The atmosphere is fine but then they seat you on old metal chairs. I guess I just expect more for the price range.
