Bella Casa was a Lifesaver. I had my boiler stop working during a snowstorm. I called Bella Casa as a new customer and talked to John about my problem. He was very understanding and made the drive to Wilmington that day, faster than 3 other Companies I called. John, Bill and DJ were great they worked around the clock to get my heat back on. They went above and beyond, and charged a very fair price for the amount of time and parts they used to fix my boiler.
