We could not have asked for a better experience working with Bella Casa. John and his crew are awesome! Our AC unit was 25 years old and we were looking to replace it soon anyway, but it stopped working during the first bad heatwave this year. We called Bella Casa and John stopped out the same day to look over everything and get us a quote. He then scheduled us for the replacement ASAP no problem. I would not recommend this place. My ac unit was not blowing cold air. First thing they tried to do was get me to purchase a new unit. When I refused. They talked me into getting a leak sealant put in and more refrigerant. Said it would work. It lasted for 3 weeks. Came back a second time and put more refrigerant in at no charge but still only lasted for 2 weeks. Bottom line I got beat for $1250.

Great communication and quick turnaround for AC unit replacement. Very thorough and explained the whole process. Was easy to get an exact replacement for the size of house. Would highly recommend Bella Casa

John and his team have done so much great work on this liytle old house of mine. Efficient and trustworthy. Can't find better anywhere.
