Has to be the worst car dealership i have ever delivered to. Staff are the most rude arrogant and obnoxious people ive ever met. Picked up cars on their behalf from customers they have sold to. Telling the customer the vehicle is being taken to BMW when its being seen by there mechanic. Avoid at all costs. Will bite them in the ass one day.
DO NOT BUY THIS CAR!!! NH66OLA RENAULT CLIO!! We bought this from here for my daughter a few weeks before Chrismas. Sales people were nice, no problems there. Took the car for a test drive, everything seemed OK. The next day my daughter drove the car. She told me the car was pulling to the left. I reported this back to Bella cars, and they told us to take it to a garage that they used. They would look and see if it was the tracking. Sold a car less than two weeks ago, a car that was not safe to drive which we worryingly found out after a hour drive home on 2 motorways. A damaged tyre was dangerously hidden, we had our young children in the car also. Less than 2 weeks after buying the car, Bella Cars point blank refusing to cover the cost of the tyre. Should have turned away when we arrived, given the poor state of the site they operate out of. I would most definitely not recommend
