Jo-Ann is the heart & soul of Bella's! Such amazing taste in beautiful but fun stylish clothing & accessories. I always find something and love to chat with this LOVELY LADY while shopping. A definite 'go-to' shop on Pine Avenue!

Bella by the Sea is very important to our family. My granddaughter lost her favorite stuffed animal, "Big Teddy" one week-end on Anna Maria. Many tears were shed thinking Teddy was lost forever. Someone found Teddy and placed him on the front porch of Bella by the Sea. Joann went out of her way to return Teddy to my granddaughter! She is our hero!!
