I’ve been to many places and got many lash lifts. Tonight I had them done by Natalie. Can honestly say she did it perfectly. Usually my eyes flicker like crazy but the process was extremely comfortable. She had gentle hands which made me relax and I had no stinging pain which I have experienced in every other lash lift. Just to add to that, the results are amazing. Will be visiting Natalie again for my lashes!

After Discreetly emailing to mention I was unhappy and wanted a refund - I was met with silence and have resorted to this. Unfortunately I wanted a call - email - or some acknowledgement that I was unhappy. Yet SILENCE! I was extremely unhappy with the outcome (the therapist was lovely personality wise) however I didn't just want to pay $270 for a nice personality I wanted the result - which I was unhappy about. I had amazing service from Cody for my wedding brows! I set up a few appointments with her because I knew the girls at Bella Brows are the best. Leading up to my wedding, she shaped and coloured them exactly how I wanted. For the final appointment, she booked out extra time with me to go over the details and made sure they were perfect - even though she was scheduled for a break at that time! Thank you Cody for making me feel so pretty and going above and beyond!
