I have never had a worse or more bizarre experience. The owner did not return calls or emails (except when she was initially taking our money). She was over 7mo’s late and they would not have come in time for the wedding at all if not for daily attempts at contact by entire bridal party. Do not use this store. The owner does not return calls or emails. She has no sense of urgency in getting your dress to you. We ordered a dress in early this year. It just now came in. We have called and emailed with absolutely no response. Working with this store is an absolute nightmare. They will take your money, but don’t expect to get your dress in time to get it altered. The store simply can’t be bothered after they take your money.

I behoove you to visit the Mobile Bella store and see Mary Kendall, she went above and beyond to rectify the unfortunate situation we found ourselves in due to the negligence of the owner of the Pensacola store. The Bella Bridesmaids social media team and franchise team are also amazing and they were quick to help us find a solution in the two weeks before my wedding and issue a refund. The dresses were late because the owner had no urgency to get us our dresses! I am the MOH for a wedding happening this weekend and if I had not reached out to Amsale, the dress designer, directly, we would not have bridesmaids dresses right now.
