I had a wonderful experience at this shop. I was looking for a very specific dress, and the staff actually contacted the designer to try to locate a sample for me. Unfortunately the dress had been discontinued, but they went above and beyond by sending me photos of similar dresses they had available and scheduling an appointment for me just a couple days later.
