I understand this place is by appointment only, HOWEVER, when someone walks into the store, it is always great customer service to at least greet the person/people, but you IMMEDIATELY say, “we’re appointment only,” then ignored us and continued talking to your present customer. You never even asked if we wanted to make an appointment and basically dismissed us. RecommendedThis was the most pleasant experience I have EVER had shopping for dresses! The staff was so sweet, helpful, and knowledgeable. We had a group of 8 bridesmaids along with the bride and mothers of the bride & groom and they made it a seamless process! They had a TON of styles in the color that our bride had chosen and all 8 of us left with a dress we loved and that complimented our unique body shapes! I had an appointment set for noon on Saturday. My mother-in-law , sister-in-law , and I were there on time and sat waiting to be greeted for 15 minutes before I decided to walk around the corner and asked for help. A lady looked up, glanced at her watch and replied “oh okay. I guess I can help now”. She then continued to make us wait another 10 minutes for her to come up front and speak to us.
