Liz and Emma were fabulous. We drove 3 hours for our appointment and it was worth the drive. I highly recommend Bella.
I understand this place is by appointment only, HOWEVER, when someone walks into the store, it is always great customer service to at least greet the person/people, but you IMMEDIATELY say, “we’re appointment only,” then ignored us and continued talking to your present customer. You never even asked if we wanted to make an appointment and basically dismissed us. Everyone in my best friend’s bridal party was from out of town, so no one was aware of the “appointment only” rul… See more

Won’t return phone calls. Snippy outgoing voicemail message. Call it. Really should be replayed on a late night show. No way I’d do business with this place.
