Update: After reading their awful excuse of a response, I felt the need to respond. All of the information that you noted is because I lead the conversation. From start to finish Bella Bride is an outstanding choice. We had the most lovely experience with stylist Alexandra N. she was professional, polite, friendly and knowledgeable. She immediately put us at ease and guided us through the remarkable process of finding “THE” dress. Alexandra patiently and precisely guided us through the once in a lifetime experience. I had a horrible experience with Bella Bride. So much so that it made me not even want to go to my appointment. I had never tried on dresses before and Bella Bride inundated me with rules and procedures to follow. Prior to my appointment they sent the rules over multiple times via email and text. Rules such as, no photos, no food or drink, no one can leave the viewing area during an appointment. All guests must stay seated throughout. Just extremely rigid. After a difficult, and unsuccessful, search for a wedding dress, I booked an appointment at Bella Bride Boutique. My appointment was with Caroline & she immediately made me feel comfortable. After a diligent search around the store, she recommended the dress I ended up selecting. It was different than anything else I had ever tried on before & I loved it.
