Amazing experience at Bella Bridal! Thank you to Brittany who helped me try on a ton of dresses and figure out what I wanted! She was so patient, helpful, and kind to me and my family and we had a wonderful time!
I can't say enough wonderful things about Bella Bridal and Gwynn. From the moment I walked in Gwynn made the process sooo easy and fun and she truly understood exactly what I was looking for in a wedding dress. Every dress she picked out for me just kept getting better and better until I was finally able to pick the perfect one. <3
Do NOT use their recommended seamstress! My experience choosing the dress itself was absolutely wonderful and the process was seamless. Unfortunately, they referred me to a seamstress named Dalilas, and she was a complete disaster. She hemmed my dress improperly, which completely threw off the underlining of the train. It was so badly done that we ultimately had to remove the underlining from my gown. When I pointed out any adjustments I wanted it was a fight which lead to her refusing. Horrible customer experience. Was fat shamed for being a size 10 wedding dress. Do not recommend.
I had such a wonderful experience shopping here! The customer service was truly exceptional — every staff member was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The owner personally ensures every customer feels valued and is well taken care of. The store has a large selection of beautiful pieces for every occasion.
