This is only the 2nd time in my entire life that I have had to give someone a bad review! As you all can see from the photos she is a great braider and I will never try and take that away from her! But the communication skills are awful! My baby’s hair appointment was canceled the day of due to her claiming that my appointment wasn’t confirmed, Lauren has my number.
