This is only the 2nd time in my entire life that I have had to give someone a bad review! As you all can see from the photos she is a great braider and I will never try and take that away from her! I’ve gotten my hair braided by Lauryn multiple times. Each time I have left completely satisfied. The one time that I wanted something altered a tiny bit, Lauryn was more than accommodating to change it and exceed my expectations on the final look. I highly recommend the Bella Braid Factory.
