don't go here! So if u book and appointment and you receive a confirmation email that day for the service u booked and u get sent a reference number etc I guess that is irrelevant and doesn't mean u have a booking according to Edith. And she clearly couldn't care less and instead just says I booked it incorrectly on her system which is the only option u have to book seeing as she doesn't answer her phone or call you back. This lady, Edith, is extremely rude. The entire experience with using her website, trying to schedule an appt., and her tone and attitude in resolving these issues has already been unpleasant in so many ways and I haven't even met her. Her service is terrible and she has been nothing but ruid when you try to ask for clear directions on the phone. If you buy a Groupon, you'll have to wait a month out before next available appt. Bella Body Oils is a horrible experience. If you bought a Living Social Coupon, it will not be honored. I bought a manicure and pedicure and Edith refused to give the pedicure saying she did not have time, even though that is what I confirmed the appt for. She offered a Sunday or 9pm at night-that is not even a good time for me. She said I might consider getting a dry pedicure-who has ever heard of that? Not me. She has no reason to be in business-horrible, unprofessional attitude.
