Bella Bloom is absolutely amazing in every way!
Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive. Raquel came out to my house 5 or 6 weeks ago and appeared to be really interested in my project, saying she had some great ideas...would send me some pics/estimates...etc. I was planning to use her for services, so I gave her my only hard copy of the plat map to work with. She never reached back out to me, and has not even had the courtesy to respond to my two follow ups. This is a HORRIBLE way to treat potential clients.
