2 stars because my stylist was friendly. I got a wash and blowout on 9/11. I told the stylist that my hair generally needed product to hold curls and shape (mousse, hair spray, etc). The only hair spray that they had was the kind that makes your hair crunchy so she recommended not to use that one. She stated that it was a blow out, not a heat style, so it would stay longer without product. No products were put in and my blow out fell out before I even left the chair. I’ve been getting extensions on and off for many years. After taking a long break I wanted someone to do tape-ins for me. I saw Mary and she did an amazing job!! My extensions look natural and blended, and they feel very comfortable on my head, no snagging and my hair doesn’t feel pulled or weighed down. I’m absolutely going back when these start to grow out to get them re-done. I mean look at those photos! Thanks, Mary!!
