If I could leave a zero star review I would! Do NOT go here, especially if you don’t speak Spanish !!! A waste of $45.First off the lady cutting my hair only spoke Spanish. The lady that greeted me translated what I wanted and disappeared. After my hair was washed and blow dried, my hair got fried with a straightener before a few snips, I barely got any length off. Excelente servicio. Gely me ayudó! Muy buena persona y sabe muy bien hacer su trabajo. El lugar es limpio y muy buena vibra familiar. Excelente para toda la familia. Excellent service. Very clean place, good family environment. Good for the whole family to get their hair done, cut, etc. Gely helped me and she is great!

Arrived 10 minutes early and waited 25 minutes past my appointment time without anyone saying a word to me - IE "are you here for an appointment" , "thanks for coming in we'll be right with you", or even "hello". Oddly, everyone else that was waiting was spoken with.... I show up on time to appointments out of respect, I expect equal consideration be given to my time in return.
