Scheduled Box Braids service. Messaged stylist to add on a wash and trim. Stylist agreed to added on services via messager. Then when appointment time came, was not told I could not get a trim until after my hair was washed and blow dried. Stylist that could provide that service was sick. After the braids were completed. The stylist called after the appointment once she was informed I wish I knew about not being able to get a trim before I arrived at my visit. She informed me that she typically doesn't do trims with braids. ... read more
