Ordered a picnic basket. This was delivery over 2 weeks late and arrived completely warm. I have left messages about a refund and have never received a call back.

This is the absolute best way in North Carolina to get farmer's market foods delivered without having to leave the house at the crack of dawn on Saturday. Fresh, organic, veggies, meats, dairy, breads, sweets, sauces, flours, candy...all locally made and delivered to your door.

Holiday ham listed as "pasture-raised, natural" without posted ingredients came with artificial preservatives, and Bella Bean has refused to refund my money for something I could not eat (due to getting migraines from artificial preservatives) despite their "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" claim. Notified them immediately upon delivery and took 2 weeks to get a response refusing to refund my purchase. Won't be using service anymore.

After 2 years of good service the quality of the produce declined. Unfortunately the process of discontinuing the service was then extremely difficult. It took me several attempts at contacting Bella Bean to get a response, and then even after they did discontinue my service they accidentally charged me for an additional delivery. They ultimately apologized and credited me back for the mistake, however the whole process was long and frustrating.
