Ordered flowers for someone who had lost their family member, received a cancelation notice the day the delivery was due. They claimed they didn't have the flowers they advertised and that the 3 digit number wasn't entered for my card, a simple phone call would have cleared all this up but instead they just sent an auto email with a cancelation and I had to contact them to find out the issue. As a florist, I recently received a flower delivery from this florist, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The flowers arrived in poor condition—some still had yarn on them, and the arrangement was far from what I expected. To make matters worse, the stems had thorns that were not removed, leading to a small injury while I tried to arrange them. Should have read the reviews first. Total amateur operation if it isn't just an outright scam. As other have said, confirmed receipt yet they claim payment failed and no contact about the failed payment. I think they use the shop to collect CC information.
