Don’t buy a brand new mercedes van at vast expense from these guys and expect any kind of customer service when it has door fault and is off the road in the first year and under warranty!! It got recovered to them on Sunday and despite multiple calls and explanations about it how desperately we need the van no one will even call us back. It is now Wednesday… No idea what is going on, can’t get a courtesy car until they look at the vehicle and they didn’t seem in any hurry to do that. Staff couldn’t seem to care less.
Extremely poor experience which has cost me £4500 in van hire and £1300 lost income!! 0 star option needed! My Mercedes van was under warentee but as bell trucks kept my van for 3 and a half months before the part arrived I had to rent a van for my job as they don't offer a courtesy van, despite them taking this long to get the parts needed! There's not many businesses I hate but sadly this is one. I have had trouble with this garage just about every time I've been mainly from poor or no communication leading to all sorts of problems. This garage it set up to deal with fleet vehicles and the trade and I really don't think they're bothered with an individual who owns a Mercedes van, I'm clearly an annoyance and it's been made very obvious to me before that they would rather not have my business and I should go elsewhere. Punch of thieves... Make sure you remove all your belongings from the vehicle. One of them couldn't hold back and nicked my brand new set of ratchet straps. How embarrassing for a company...
