I booked a trip to Vegas thru Southwest. I chose shuttle service round trip from the airport to hotel and back. I have never done this, so I was nervous. When I arrived, I had no problems at all. Paid $78 CDN. Pickup wasn't bad, timely, friendly driver. But shuttle failed to show for return to the airport after waiting an hour. Unsure why, never received an answer about it. Anyway, Bell was understanding and assisted in a prompt refund.

I was skeptical because of the poor reviews on here but I had a great experience to and from LAS airport. I booked online and paid $30 USD for the round-trip between LAS and Park MGM. The cost was way cheaper than Uber/Lyft rates. The buses were clean and spacious, and the drivers I had both times were very friendly and personable. I had a late night drop-off from LAS and an early morning pick up back to the airport. Both times the bus had only a handful of people on it including myself.
