I booked a trip to Vegas thru Southwest. I chose shuttle service round trip from the airport to hotel and back. I have never done this, so I was nervous. When I arrived, I had no problems at all. Paid $78 CDN. Pickup wasn't bad, timely, friendly driver. But shuttle failed to show for return to the airport after waiting an hour. Unsure why, never received an answer about it. Anyway, Bell was understanding and assisted in a prompt refund.
