I worked here and really got to see what goes on behind closed doors. Management was WONDERFUL until there was a new RN manager hired. It is so strict now, people dread going into work. And when they do go into work they don’t try very well.. It is very dirty, and everything that gets broken, never gets fixed. The meals are absolutely disgusting, and they never get a decent amount to eat! They keep feeding the same thing over and over again also. There are pills laying around on the floor everywhere in memory care, because t... read more

My Aunt Julie absolutely loves living at the memory care living facility. My family was very nervous as to how she would adjust because she can be a very quiet person but She has become very social and much more alive since moving in. Even when we take her for outings, she can’t wait to get back because she has plans with her friends. It was the best decision that my family and I could have made and the staff has made the transition so easy.

Bell Tower has opened a whole new world for my sister. She has many new friends & loves the social activities. The staff are adorable & very caring. Bell Tower has given us a peace, knowing my sister is safe & happy!

It was a very bad and dirty place! My dad was moved in to memory care and it was dirty and all staff members were very rude. They refused to work with us on moving my dad after we were lied to and told her would go to assisted living there and would not refund over 4K in move in fees to further staffing education???? The first day I went to visit there was a huge spider on the wall!

My mother has been at the Bell Tower for almost 2 1/2 years and my father just reached his 2 year anniversary. They have been well taken care of in a safe, loving and family-like environment. Over the past several weeks my father was hospitalized which resulted in his going on Hospice. He was able to go back to his home at the Bell Tower and live out his last weeks and hours there. During this difficult time, the Bell Tower staff accomodated our family while we were going through this process. We can't thank them enough for ... read more
