not many stores open. Restrooms few and hard to find

We hope it's still there in a year or two. The past GM ruined the staff and most store managers didn't respect her. The customers are faithful. The staff worked very hard for little results. It's a mainstay on Tamiami Trail.

Avoid visiting Santa here. They won't let parents take pictures of their kids with Santa. The manager called me rude when I turned around and walked away after hearing that. She said this in front of everyone there and I didn't say a word to her.

It's not the place to go to anymore. There isn't a coffee shop there.

I have been coming here to The Bell Tower Shops for years and am always very dissapointed in the fact that the automatic restroom button doors for those in a wheelchair "NEVER WORK" what is the purpose of having this feature if their not kept up to ADA (American Disability Act) standards, seriously it has been like that for nearly 3 years that i know of which is terribly dissapointing! I feel that this problem should be addressed immediately and would not at all be acceptable to the ADA standards!!!!!
