My brunch at Bell Tower Café wasn't too great, and a variety of issues contributed. Next time I'm in Saratoga, I might check out the competition. I expect that Sundays will be busy, but given the actual size of the crowd, I don't think 30+ minutes is acceptable. The staff were friendly enough, at least. The building is charming & historic.
