Amazing service by kind and caring managers, mechanics and staff. The helped us out when no one else could/would! Long story short, in the valley from Prescott, had a serious emergency repair needed. Got us in, took care of business professionally, and at a reasonable price. I have been bringing every car I have owned over the past 35 years to Bell Tire and Auto (back then they were Bell Goodyear), and though the office manager and service managers and mechanics may have changed, their quality of service and ethics have not. I trust them completely and have never had a problem. They are professional, competent, and treat people fairly.
Shop owner and his team replaced my flat tire 15 minutes before closing and only charged $23 for a patch. I walked out of Walmart to the awful surprise of a completely flat tire, which I had JUST replaced completely brand new a few months ago. This shop was only a couple lots over, so I called with minutes to spare and pleaded for them to replace a single tire. He said if I could make it, they'd do it. Everything went as expected, friendly service.
Needed a tire patched ASAP so I could continue working and I was about to wait 2+ hours at discount tire (busy location, not really their fault I just needed it done sooner). They took only about 20 minutes here at Bell Tire and I couldn’t have made a better choice leaving discount tire to get it done here. Price was reasonable too. Thanks so much, you guys are the best
