I have been to this place a couple of times and after the last session I won’t be returning. I have had a couple of good massages here. The last one was the end game for me. The woman who massaged me was just pushing on me not actually massaging. She opened the door in the middle of the session 3 times!!! Each time she was talking to either a customer or employee in another language. Truly great! I'm a massage therapist and this is my go-to when I really need fixing up. While they offer different modes, I just go in and tell them how long I want. It's amazing every time. Sometimes it includes awesome hot stone, sometimes they walk on me, no matter what, I always get worked over beautifully and find I can carry on. Everyone is very kind and generous. Sorry I'm posting this so late. I went in for a massage a few weeks ago and was pleasantly surprised. Last year my wife and I went for the first time and it was "mayhem." It was too busy with employees running in and put of rooms. Even my massager kept leaving the room which made the experience very rushed and disappointing. No this time. I went here simply because it was the closest place to me. Turned out to be the best massage of my life! Nana I think she said her name was, did an amazing job. Edit: I've been back many times now. Amy was my favorite, but she moved away. Now Lily is my favorite! She really gets into the muscles and works out the knots in a way that's not painful. Highly recommend her and everyone here!
The people running the spa don't really speak English. We communicated using translate on our phones. their policy is pay upfront and the manager assured me that I would be happy with their work. I came in wanting and asked for an hour of Reflexology. I was escorted to a body massage room and told it would be half body, half reflexology.
