Booked my vehicle in with Bells Smash Repairs for an insurance quote and waited over a month without receiving anything. I had to constantly follow up with phone calls and was repeatedly told it would be done by the end of the week, which never happened. After all that time, I was then told they wouldn’t be completing the quote at all. This has impacted my insurance claim and caused unnecessary delays. Very disappointing experience.
