Currently the shop is in a state of chaos, confusion, disorder, and is unkempt and completely unorganized. A promised shipment of my bike via bikeflight is 20 days past due. The owner has made excuses for himself and his help; everyone blaming everyone else. At one time, when I purchased the bike, the service was good and the shop orderly and clean. Now it is in chaos. what a fantastic place :) they are super helpful and I really appreciate their "let the bike sell itself" mentality! I went in to get my front wheel replaced on my mountain bike and walked out with a new road bike. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get into cycling of any kind.
