DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! I got swindled at bell Toyota, they use classic car sales techniques to get you to sign on a price that is more than expected. They will ask you what your max monthly payment is and say they will not go down that low and after you agree to a price they will increase the price of the car to account for the payment. Went to Bell Road Toyota looking to purchase a '99 4Runner I saw on Cars.com. Called about the car at around 9am, spoke to a guy there (Eddie) who told me about the car. Sounded awesome, great car, only problem was I was commuting to Phoenix from Tucson. We talked about price for a while and finally settled on a price worthy of driving up to see and buy. Not a good toyota dealership – purchased a 2007 toyota camry LE with them, they force the customers to pay for useless options paint protection and extended warranty (toyota’s roadside assistance is completely useless program – where in no help will be provided especially when you are stranded far off from a city and they charge exhorbitant prices for towing). sales figures change significantly from the purchase negotiated price to when you are signing the actual paperwork with the finance dept. the salesmen here are very de... read more
