Terrible contractor for multi-unit properties! Their personnel's rudeness and unprofessional on-site behavior toward tenants creates hassles and problems which greatly outweigh their somewhat competitive pricing. Not worth the grief, BEWARE!

As a maintenance supervisor for 2 multi-family apartment complexes on the East Side I, unfortunately, have had to deal with quite a few "water events". Bell Restoration came in on budget and on time. from mitigation to refurbishing the affected units everything went really well.
