Called to make a complaint about a driver speeding down our street. Office person said they would handle it and "suspend them for 3 days." Was not looking for anything of that nature just bringing light to the situation. Less than five minutes later got a call from a random number. Was the driver calling to apologize. Granted I appreciate the apology, but for the company to give out a private number to someone with explicit permission is a massive safety issue for me and my family.

Terrible contractor for multi-unit properties! Their personnel's rudeness and unprofessional on-site behavior toward tenants creates hassles and problems which greatly outweigh their somewhat competitive pricing. Not worth the grief, BEWARE!
