Belle Prairie has been Fantastic in taking care of their customers. The Insurance adjuster came out quickly to check damage They also got back with me in the time frame that they said. I have used Belle Prairie Insurance for years and they have done great!When I called the new manager got back with me personally and took the time to explain things to me, very friendly and made sure that I got the answer I needed on my claim. I give them 5 stars!!
We recently had substantial hail damage. After turning in a claim, TJ Welte assessed the damage and we had the 1st installment check in-hand within a day. After we had the damage repaired and turned in the completion invoice from our contractor, TJ Welte delivered the replacement check the next day. This entire process was very simple, painless and professional. Very pleased with Belle Prairie and TJ Welte’s team.
