I called but got no answer. Then I realized it was Sunday, so didn't leave a message. About 15 minutes later, Dee called to ask if I had called. Told him the problem was our boiler for hot water heat and texted a photo of our boiler. On Monday morning!!! Dee was here to diagnose the problem. Later that day Andrew came with a new part but it didn't seem to fix the problem. So on Tuesday morning, Dee was back and did some more examining and now it seems to be taken care of. Excellent people and product. A one for me since 1962
My hot water tank developed a leak over the weekend. So I shut the water off at my house. I called Bell Plumbing and Heating at 7:30 am and left a message. I received a return call 5 minutes after leaving my message. Alex was wonderful. I explained to her what was going on she assured me that she could have someone out there today on Monday or at the latest on Tuesday. Well they had someone at my home on Monday at 9:00 am.
